Nowadays the electrical power is need for every human survival for life. Once upon time the electrical power is produced by utilizing Fossil Fuels, but these sources are very demand and affected by high cost for produce the power utilizing these sources. Many researchers focused to renewable sources for produce the power, because these sources are costless as well as non pollutant sources. Currently the wind and solar are utilized for produce power of maximum times compared to other renewable sources, these sources get easily. They had analyzed and implemented the Hybrid System for produce the power by utilize the some techniques. Hybrid System is combines two or more renewable sources with battery for produce the power. It will get high power as well as the cost is low according to current economy. In our review paper focused existing techniques of hybrid system for produce power utilizing some techniques and analyzed the cost of energy and output power of each review paper as well as analyzed of drawback of each system. The cost of electricity (typically cents/kWh, Euro/kWh, Euro or $/MWh) generated by different sources is a calculation of the cost of generating electricity at the point of connection to a load or electricity grid. It includes the initial capital, discount rate, as well as the costs of continuous operation, fuel, and maintenance. Another one parameter is total output power, which is produced by using Hybrid renewable sources such as wind, solar. Also I have intent to propose the Hybrid power system using evolutionary technique for produce the power, and then if this technique will implement in one site, we wil get power concurrently, once the outage problem occurred, easily rectify that problem and monitor the process of whole site easily.
