'Analyzing Recognition of Clinical Nurses' Health Care using Q-methodology

In this study, PC-QUANL Program was used for data analysis as exploratory research applying Q method to investigate recognition types on health management of clinical nurse. As result of the research, 5 types with unique features were found. Among a total of 40 subjects, 11 subjects were included in type 1, 12 subjects were included in type 2, 4 subjects were included in type 3, 9 subjects were included in type 4, and 9 subjects were included in type 5. According to characteristics of each type, they were named as 'mind control type,' 'family centered type,' 'timid stress relieving type,' 'continuous effort type,' and 'development oriented type.' We suggest to use this study's result to develop arbitration program of clinical nurses' health care and verify a effectiveness.
