摘要

Analyses of apatite concentrates at Kingisepp, Nevinnomysk, and Balakovo factories showed that circulating phosphoric acid contains 0.04#x2013;0.06 Ln and product acid contains 0.08#x2013;0.11 Ln. This quantity is 2#x2013;4 times more than the equilibrium solubility in these conditions. After filtration of these super saturated acids through layers of CePO4, seed crystals it is possible to extract more than 50 of the lanthanides. The #x201E;Phosphorite#x201D; factory in Kingisepp can produce more than 600 tons of Ln in a year without any alterations in present technology.
