摘要

phyphen;type Cd1minus;xZnxTe alloys with 0xle;1 are studied by photoelectrochemical technique. An electron diffusion length in the range 2ndash;4 mgr;m is measured which changes withx. This information together with the large and constant value of the Urbachrsquo;s slope of the absorption tail (sim;125 eVminus;1) leads to the conclusion that the disorder in the alloys is slight in the whole composition range.
