Quantum molecular dynamics study of electron transport in an external field

A quantum molecular dynamics method is proposed to study the transport of a quantum particle interacting with a classical system at finite tempminus; eratures in the presence of an applied electric field. Using this method the mobility of an excess electron in dense helium gas is calculated at 77 k. (AIP)
