Improving Total Quality Management on Technical Staff in the Technical Institutions using SPC Techniques

摘要

The quality in technical education shall be grown and the institute will be entered in the international level if and only if the quality of technical staff improves. This system requires some changes for improvement through the suggested activities in terms of staff development programmes. Improving quality management of technical staff in the technical institutions is considered in this paper. The effect of technical staff quality was considered for institutional development and data were collected from technical staff in the form of questionnaires from various Engineering institutions and polytechnics in the Govt, of NCT Delhi. Statistical process control (SPC) techniques were applied for quality management of technical staff.
