In this work, the optimal replenishment policies of supply chain management (SCM) and various demands are analyzed for a Chennai based company, TN, India manufacturing nuts and bolts. The effectiveness of the proposed optimization framework is illustrated by carrying out a design of experiment covering demand patterns. An incentive mechanism is proposed and additional experiments were also carried out.
