Nowadays, high demands for Internet access services and Internet terminals rental services have led to proliferation of ISPs, This trend creates multiple small operators which cannot be toughly trusted by users or even between ISPs themselves. In order to adapt to this new environment, we develop a roaming authentication system. It defines an Identity provider (IDP), and sets up a secure authentication channel between a user and the ID P. This secured authentication channel allows a user to deal with various trust-level ISPs and vice versa. Furthermore, it enables a user to make a secure and simple authentication without caring about the number and the owner of terminals.
