摘要

The electricity is one of the most important resources to modern people. To meet an increasing demand of electivity, a power system has become complex and huge in scale. People want to be supplied with stable power of good quality. For stable and good electric power supply, power plants are required to operate generating facilities without problems. In addition, a quick response is required in case of a facility disorder. The fault data in the power plant are very important to operate and maintain generating facilities. However, as for the systems currently operate by the power companies, users are under many restrictions, because users need an exclusive application to get an access to the information on fault data of generating facilities and the access is not easy for mobile devices. In this paper, we propose the fault management system for power plant based on big data. The proposed system enables users to access fault data via web services, and users can handle those fault data with ease of mobile devices and personal computers.
