摘要

This paper proposes a technique to estimate the variable parameters of the single-cage induction motor model. A variable behavior of each parameter dependent of speed motor is assumed. This technique significantly improves the results obtained with the single-cage model with constant parameters, achieving similar results to those ones obtained with a double-cage model with constant parameters. In this work the minimum number of operating points required for both a correct estimation of the parameters and a simulated behavior with minimum errors is also determined, allowing optimize the experimental measurement process. The proposed technique was validated and compared with three sets of operating data of a 75 kW three-phase induction motor: 1) 25 experimental data, 2) operating points provided in the manufacturer's catalog, and 3) operating points proposed in this paper, obtaining a simulated behavior with minimum errors in the entire operating range.
