摘要

An electrocardiograph (ECG) is a plot of bioelectrical signal of heart. It records the electrical activity of heart versus time. It is an important diagnostic tool for assessing heart functions. In this paper, ECG baseline noise corrections using the Adaptive Discrete wavelet transform (ADWT). This wavelet used to an estimation of the baseline wandering frequency and then the adaptation can be used only in three successive scales in which the mid-scale has the closest center frequency to the estimated frequency. In this research work application is to various ECG signals were constructed on the signals of Massachusetts Institute of Technology Beth Israel Hospital (MIT-BIH) database which obtained high performance of baseline noise wandering correction and time consuming over the other methods.
