Improvement of Performance of Documents Issued by Design Organizations in Operations on Automated Design of Capital Construction Projects

Analysis of evaluation of design organizations aimed at performing automated design of capital construction projects showed that the contracts are often concluded with inexperienced organizations offered the lowest cost for execution of work. After a while, due to failure to comply with deadlines and scope of work, the contract terminates resulting in disruption of deadlines for implementation of the federal investment programs, improper spending of budgetary funds and increase in the cost of facility. Proposed methodology for evaluation of production potential of design organizations aimed at performing automated design of capital construction projects will ensure the highest score for worthful design organization with the best performance indices and improve the quality of design documentation issued.
