Paper discuss suitability of natural organic materials, Gram-flour, Ghee and Triphala as an admixture in concrete. Experimental investigation is done to evaluate the characteristics and effect of natural organic materials as an admixture in concrete. The workability parameters (i.e. Slump cone and compaction factor) on fresh state, strength parameter (i.e. compressive strength) on hardened concrete after 7 and 28 days and cost analysis per N/mm~2 with and without natural organic material are studied. Two water cement ratio 0.40 and 0.45 and natural organic materials by weight of cement are considered. Slump, compaction factor and 7 and 28-day compressive strength have been increased for concrete mixed with Gram-flour for both w/c ratios. Although in case of Ghee and Triphala experimental results are not significant and did not play any important roles.
