摘要

In this paper, we propose a new technique for classifying binary data. Our objective is to arrange the data tuples and then assign them to the appropriate classes. As part of the data pre-processing, the data will be substituted by binary values viz. 0's and 1's. Then these binary values are transformed into equivalent decimal form. Each and every unique decimal value corresponds to a single class and does not refer to more than one class. Referring the decimal values, the tuples are pushed into their appropriate classes. Then the result will be compared with the classified output of ID3 algorithm for analysis.
