In a marketplace saturated with advertising of all kinds, word of mouth-where one customer tells another how pleased he or she is with the products and/or services provided by your company- remains one of the most precise, personal and powerful forms of advertising. When you have satisfied customers, you can be certain that your business will grow. However, it won't happen overnight, and it likely won't happen as quickly as you would like, especially if you're depending on word of mouth alone.
