摘要

Measurements of the Hsngbnd;H, Hsngbnd;Si, Hsngbnd;F and Sisngbnd;F coupling constants for the halogenhyphen;substituted monosilanes, disiloxane, disilyl sulfide and trisilylamine are described. The failure of the simple valencehyphen;bond calculation to interpret the Hsngbnd;H coupling constants as a function of the Hsngbnd;Sisngbnd;H angle is attributed to thedorbitals of silicon. A comparison of the Hsngbnd;H and Hsngbnd;Si coupling constants is also presented.
