Do You Have a Plan?

Well, of course I have a plan. What a silly question. I get up every day, go to work, sell radiators, sell cooling system flushes, handle employee problems, and do all the other stuff that keeps me running from morning until night. That's a plan, right? That pretty much describes our old plan as well. We're like many of you. We're approaching that magic age (read: middle!) when, if you have been in business long enough, and if you are old enough, things begin to wear out or break. And I don't just mean equipment.
