Binding of Morphine by Serum Globulins from Morphine-Treated Rabbits

Treatment of rabbits with morphine under conditions defined in this report leads to significant and reproducible increases in the binding of morphine by serum globulins. Complexes formed are readily dissociable so that the conditions employed in measuring binding become critical. The data presented document the effects of several variables upon the results of binding measurements.
