A 15percnt; efficient silicon MIS solar cell

Substantial improvements in energy conversion efficiency are reported for silicon MIS solar cells fabricated on both singlehyphen;crystalline and semicrystalline substrates. Based on active area, AM1 efficiencies of 15.1percnt; and 12.6percnt;, respectively, have been obtained for 3.1hyphen;cm2cells at 26thinsp;deg;C.
