Oxygen selfhyphen;diffusion in Fehyphen;doped MgO single crystals

摘要

Oxygen selfhyphen;diffusion coefficients in Fehyphen;doped MgO single crystals were determined by an isotope exchange technique. The results indicated dopanthyphen;insensitive diffusion, which was interpreted as due to the vacancy pair mechanism.
