A series of “unknown” case presentations and discussions is a persistently popular program component of each annual meeting of the American Association of Academic Chief Residents of Radiology (AJCR2).This case was presented by Co-Chief Residents Ross Christensen and A1 Nemcek of the University of California, San Diego. The discussant was the Chief Resident at the University of Connecticut, John Ziewacz, who was assisted in preparation of this manuscript by his fellow resident, Fred Conard.
