SUMMARYCandidaendophthalmitis is a frequent complication of systemic candidiasis. The case reported emphasizes the usefulness of indirect ophthalmoscopy in evaluating infants suspected of having disseminated candidal infection and describes the pathologic findings ofCandidaendophthalmitis in the neonate.
