WE'VE BEEN LOOKING FORWARD to adding a BMW XI to the Four Seasons fleet for some time. It's not that our order was lost in the mail; it's just that we, along with the rest of America, were put on BMW's waiting list. The svelte XI crossover has been on sale in other parts of the world since 2009, and it's been a hit-so much of one that BMW says its American introduction was delayed until production could be increased.
