The Xerox Europe Irish operation is the single largest green field undertaking by a tech company and has been the fastest and most successful business ramp-up in our history. This is not a statement easily made. Modern industry is more dependent on the quality of its human resources than ever before and recruitment in today's tiger economy has never been more difficult. In fact, recruitment was one of the biggest single challenges facing Xerox in the course of the Irish investment.
