In this paper, we present a new class of linear multivariate PKC based on error correcting codes referred to as K(E)SE(1)PKC. We then present a secure version of K(II)SE(1)PKC referred to as K~*(II)SE(1)PKC. We shall show that K~*(II)SE(1)PKC, a linear multivariate PKG, can be sufficiently secure against any linear transformation attack by taking advantage of the capability of error correcting codes.
