New standards for conformity assessment bodies added to NLF list

The European Commission has updated its list of harmonised standard used with the New Legislative Framework (NLF) for marketing products. Although the NLF is already in use with several CE Mark directives and is being introduced to a host of others next year (see above), this list of standards is limited to those like ISO 9001, which are used to assert the suitability of organisations and laboratories to perform NLF activities.
