摘要

A building block for widening an input range under lowpower-supply voltages is proposed and the block is used in a popularlinearization technique for voltage-to-current converters. The blockemploys two MOSFETs each of which ac- tively works when and only whenthe other is in cutoff region. Accurate level shift circuits for thecontrol of the MOSFETs en- Able such exclusive operation. Simulationresults show that the Complementary MOSFETs perform as an equivalentMOSFET Without any cutoff region. It is also confirmed that the novelLinear voltage-to-current converter is effective for not only a wideInput range but also low-power consumption.
