The Argentinian Steel Association (CAA) has asked the government to intervene onimports of Chinese steel tubes. This is a repeating action as overcapacity in China continues totake its toll on the worldwide pipe and tube industry. The complaint is directed at energy tubeswhere domestic capacity is running at 30 currently. The complaint asks the government to seta minimum percentage of domestic tubes to be used in domestic projects
