Application of goal programming in open pit planning

摘要

Goal Programming can be effectively applied to mine planning optimization for multi#x2014;objective decision#x2014;making. Multiple objectives are comprehensively considered according to their different priorities. A (0,1) variable goal programming model for mid or short term open pit planning has been developed and applied to a large surface coal mine.
