New Routes to 1-Hydro- and 1-Halosilatranes

摘要

Simple and convenient synthetic routes to 1-hydro-and 1-halosilatranes, based on the reaction of trl-chlcrosilane and tetrahalosllanes with tris(2-tri-methiisiloxyethll)amine or tetrahalosllanes with tri-ethanolamine at low temperattures have been developed.
