CPKelco scooped the top Gold Trophy Award in this year's Fi Awards competition for ingredient innovation with its new Genu pectin he winners of the Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies in this year's Fi Europe Awards for ingredient innovation were presented with the trophies at a special ceremony following the first day of Fi Europe in Paris last month.
