50 éves a Cukoripari Kutató Intézet

摘要

The first par of the series to be published on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Research Institute of Hungarian Sugar Industry deals with the history, activity, organization structure of the Institute from the first day of it's foundation until the present. Shifting of stress of activity profiles induced by the changes taking place in the Hungarian sugar industry in the last years, is discussed in detail. Present researchdevelopment and technical service activites, connections to national and international organization, awards obtained by the members of the Institute are described.
