Rehabilitation and Neuromuscular Coordination of the Knee

摘要

Neuromuscular control of the active and passive restraints of the knee determine normal function. Injury interferes with this normal control and results in the development of abnormal functional patterns which the patient recognizes as instability. Rehabilitation must help regain the normal function by overcoming these abnormal patterns.
