Suspension and stationary habituated tobacco tissue cultures were examined histologically and cytologically after treatment with 0.22ensp;g of lunar material. The treated and untreated tissues differed in chloroplast structure and distribution, degree of cell association, cytoplasmic vacuolation and vesiculation, and living to nonliving ratios.
