摘要

A special sampling system for granular bulk material has been developed for the extraction of inventory material during the operation of a pressurized fluidized bed boiler under varying operating conditions (up to 13 bars and 850 deg C). By the help of this sampling system, particle size distributions and size reduction mechanisms are to be examined. In order to be able to exclude separation of individual grain size fractions of the extracted inventory material, tests with various solid mixtures have been carried out and analysed. In order to recognize separation effects during the sampling procedure, meaning that the particle size distribution of the extracted material differs from that inside the reactor, the following described test series have been accomplished.
