Brazil to levy antidumping duties on Chinese tires

China's Ministry of Commerce announced earlier that Brazil plans to imposr a five-year anti-dumping duty on Chinese tires. The duty will be levied according to the weight of the tires and ranges from $ 1.08 to $2.17 per kg. According to the CRIA (China Rubber Industry Association), Brazil started an investigation into Chinese-made tires in 2012, focussing primarily on 13-inch and 14-inch car tires.
