Rubber Board joins hands with Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) to empower small growers

The Rubber Board and the Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) are jointly organizing an integrated programme for empowering the village level small grower organisations. The aim of the programme is to provide financial assistance for Rubber Producers' Societies and Self Help Groups for implementing agricultural training programmes, study tours and demonstrations etc. to improve the technical skills of small growers. J.Thomas, Rubber Production Commissioner inaugurated the programme at Rubber Producers' Society, Kallara at 10.30 am on 25 January 2012.
