摘要

Spermatozoa, during freezing, undergo many changes leading to acrosomal damage resulting in a marked decline in normal intact acrosome. Dilutor as a whole and its components affects the maintenance of normal acrosome during freezing (Graham et al., 1972; Kumar, 1989; De, 1992). The choice of a cryoprotectant for spermatozoa should be based on its ability to maintain cell integrity and function during freeze-thaw process. Acrosomal integrity test based on per cent normal acrosome surviving the freezing stress, was assessed ill all attempt to find out the effect of 3 dilutors (Tris, MES and Tricine) and chlorpromazine hydrochloride during freezing.
