At its meeting on 10-August, the Supervisory Board of LANXESS AG appointed Dr. Axel C Heitmann (51) as Chairman of the Board of Management of LANXESS AG for a further five years. The new mandate will begin as of July 1, 2012. Dr. Heitmann has been Chairman of the Board of Management of LANXESS AG since September 2004.
