Primary closure and scrotal ablation technique of castration in horses - review of 550 clinical cases

Castration using scrotal ablation and primary closure technique was done in 50 adult horses under balanced anaesthesia. If adopted under strict aseptic conditions, procedure provides acceptable results by rapid healing and minimising chances of secondary complications.
