Effect of Livfit vet premix supplementation on egg quality and biochemical parameters in White Plymouth Rock broiler birds

The present investigation revealed that the birds fed with the Livfit vet premix showed superiority in their egg shell thickness, shell weight (P<0.05) and vitelline membrane thickness over the control group. Significant effect of the Livfit vet premix had been noticed on various internal egg qualities except on yolk and albumen weight. Increased level of total serum protein, serum Ca and P were recorded in the Livfit vet premix fed groups. However, the reverse trends were observed for serum cholesterol and glucose levels.
