摘要

Leaf sheath P/S ratio was determined in 30 sugarcane genetic stocks and grand growth period of 4 to 7 months at monthly intervals. Leaf sheath P/S ratio between clones, between stages and their interactions were observed significantly at 0.1% level. Leaf sheath P/S ratio ranged from 0.101 in Co 621 75 to 0.196 in Co 62174 with the mean of 0.131. Clones Co 62175, Co 1148, Co 62101, Co 617, POJ 2878, Co 853, Co 678, B 37172, NCo 310, Co 975, Co 419 and H 50-7209 recorded low P/S ratio in leaf sheath, while high leaf sheath P/S ratio was observed in Co 62174, Co 7712, Co 6806, CoJ 64, CoC 671, CoA 7601, Co 7704, Co 775, Co 7717, Co 7204 and Co 6304. Leaf sheath P/S ratio decreased from 0.183 at 4 months to 0.109 at 5 months; and then increased from 0.110 at 6 months to 0.120 at 7 months. Significant positive correlation of leaf sheath P/S ratio was observed with leaf blade P/S ratio, leaf blade P/Cl ratio, leaf blade P/Na ratio, leaf sheath P/N ratio, leaf sheath P/K ratio, leaf sheath P/Ca ratio, leaf sheath P/Mg ratio, leaf sheath P/Cl ratio, leaf sheath P/Na ratio, leaf blade cations/anions ratio, leaf sheath cations/anions ratio, leaf blade cations-anions, leaf sheath cations-anions, sucrose % - 10 & 12 months, CCS % - 10 & 12 months, harvest index-sugar yield - 10 & 12 months. The association of leaf sheath P/S ratio was significant and negative with leaf sheath P/Si ratio, cane density (=-0.368), germination % and tillers numbers. However, leaf sheath P/S ratio had no impact on leaf blade P/N ratio, leaf blade P/K ratio, leaf blade P/Ca ratio, leaf blade P/Mg ratio, leaf blade P/Si ratio, cane volume, cane height, cane thickness, cane weight, culm basic density, internodes numbers, internodes length, internodes weight, internodes volume, stalk numbers, cane and sugar yield at 10 and 12 months and harvest index-cane yield at 10 and 12 months, harvest index-sucrose % juice at 10 and 12 months, harvest index-CCS% at 10 and 12 months.
