A New Cardenolide from the Seeds ofTerminalia arjuna(Wamp;A)

摘要

A new cardenolide 14,16 dianhydrogitoxigenin-3-O-#x3B2;-D-xylopyranosyl (1 #x2192; 2)-O-#x3B2;-D-galactopyranoside was isolated from the ethylacetate soluble fraction of the alcoholic extract of the seeds ofTerminalia arjunaby various colour reactions, chemical degradations and spectral analysis.
