October marked the annual RCGP primary care conference, this year held in the Scottish Event Campus in Glasgow. The conference offered many presentations, talks and updates on the clinical and policy developments taking place across the UK, and a wide range of speakers who help shape the healthcare agenda. Primary care is facing many challenges, but new opportunities are emerging, particularly with technology offering the potential to shape consultations and change clinical practice as we know it.
