摘要

Ammonium sulphate precipitate of buffalo fetal cotyledonary extract, which is reported to contain inhibiu like activity, was subjected to Sephadex G-100 column chromatography and elation profile revealed two protein peaks. The activity was retained in both the peaks obtained after gel alteration. Inhibition of compensatory ovarian hypertrophy (C O H) in unilaterally ovariectomized mice was employed as the test system for assessment of inhibin like activity.
