Efficacy of 'Cobactan LC' in subclinical mastitis in cows with reference to effect on biochemical profile of milk

摘要

The milk biochemical profile study of cows treated with Cobactan-LC revealed increase in milk phi SCC, Na~+, Cl~- and total protein concentration and decrease in K~+ and lactose concentration in subclinical mastitis. All these altered biochemical profile of milk were reversed and restored to normal within 5 days of treatment period. It also eliminated subclinical infection and restored the milk production, indicated effectiveness of 'Cobactan LC' in subclinical mastitis in cows.
