摘要

Post preservation motility at each interval of storage differed in various combinations of milk dilutor. Starage in xylose (1%) with higher glycerol (9%) and Yolk (10%) provided maximum motility upto 30 minutes. After 24 hrs fructose, raffinose and glucose (1.0%) each maintained maximum motility. Fructose and glucose maintained this superiority upto 72 hrs but glucose with higher glycerol resulted in lower motility. The higher level of yolk (Beyond 5%) and higher level of glycerol (Beyond 6%) gave comparatively lower results. Xviose too was able to provide equal protection upto 72 brs but with lower levels of yolk and glycerol. Lower level of Gheeni (common table sugar, contains 99-5% sucrose) was favourable but its higher concentration depressed the motility significantly. Matility upto 40% after 72 hrs was obtained almost with all the sugars but only with low level of yolk and glycerol and higher concentration of yolk and glycerol resulted in poor motility.
