摘要

Differences of sucrose/reducing sugars ratio in juice between varieties and between stages and interaction between varieties and stages were significant at 0.1% level. CoC 671 registered the highest sucrose/reducing sugars ratio of 50.4 and the lowestjuice sucrose/electrical conductivity ratio was 10.1 in Co 6304 with the mean of 18.8. The higher juice sucrose/reducing sugars ratio was recorded in CoC 671, Co 7204, Co 7712, Co 7704, Co7508, CoJ64 and CoA 7601 and lower juice sucrose/reducing sugarswas showed in Co 6304, Co 1148, Co 678, Co 617, Co 62399, H50-7209 and co 62175. Juice sucrose/reducing sugars ratio increased from 5.3 at 6 months to 7.8 at 7 months; 11.7 at 8 months to 23.0 at 9 months; 43.1 at 10 months to 47.6 at 11 months; and decreased from 53.9 at 12 months to 49.2 at 13 months.
