摘要

Differences of sucrose/starch ratio in juice between varieties and between stages and interaction between varieties and stages were significant at 0.1 % level. Co 617 registered the highest sucrose/starch ratio of 597 and the lowest juice sucrose/starch ratio was 116 in Co 7704 with the mean of 213. The higher juice sucrose/starch ratio was recorded in Co 419, Co 62175, Co 6304, POJ 2878, Co 1148, Co678, Co A7601 and co7201 and lower juice sucrose/starch ratio were showed in Co 7704, Co 62399, Co 7712, CoC 671, co 740, CoJ 64 and CP 44101. Juice sucrose/starch ratio decreased from 319 at 6 months to 302 at 7 months; 284 at 8 and 9 months to 191 at 10 months; and increased from 142 at 11 months to 167 at 12 months and then to 2.51 at 13 months. Sucrose/starch ratio in cane juice were associated significantly and positively with juice titratable acidity, pH, fibre density, sucrose-6,8,10 & 12 months, sugar yield-10 & 12 months, cane yield-6,8, 10 & 12 months and CCS %-6,8,10 & 12 months. The juice sucrose/starch ratio had significant negative associations with juice sucrose/pH ratio, sucrose/titratable acidity ratio, sucrose/sulphate ratio, sucrose/sodium ratio, sucrose/silicon ratio, sucrose/reducing sugars ratio, sucrose/organic non-sugars ratio,sucrose/total non-sugars ratio, sucrose/fibre density ratio, juice starch, magnesium, silicon, reducing sugars, organic non-sugars, total non-sugars, fibre weight and fibre volume. The juice sucrose/starch had no significant associations with juice sucrose/total N ratio, juice sucrose/colloids, juice sucrose/phenols ratio, juice sucrose/amino acids, juice sucrose/ protein N, juice sucrose/ash, juice sucrose/electrical conductivity ratio, juice sucrose/phosphorus ratio, juice sucrose/potassium ratio, juice sucrose/calcium ratio, juice sucrose/magnesium ratio, juice sucrose/chloride ratio, juice sucrose/fibre weight ratio, juice sucrose/fibre volume ratio, juice sucrose/sugar-fibre ratio, juice total N, colloids, phenols, amino acids, protein N, ash, electrical conductivity, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, sulphate, chloride, sodium.
