Moscow—Russia’s average crude output in July was 307,600 b/d below October levels, exceeding the country’s obligation to trim its production under the OPEC/non-OPEC cut agreement, according to energy ministry data. Based on this, the country’s average production amounted to 10.939 million b/d in July, with the ministry using October’s 11.247 million b/d level as a baseline for the production cut deal.
